Being as I was born in 1958, I am Tim's very much older cousin. I have a very vivid memory of Tim never keeping still as a child. He would arrive at our grandmother and grandfather's bungalow where we were living at the time and he did not stop running and bouncing about until he left! I would have been a teenager at the time. As he got older he calmed down a lot, but never lost his sense of energy, but with a very lovely calmness added to that. I know I didn't see him a lot as I live on London and he was in Dubai a fair amount of time, but he always had a laugh and an ace sense of humour. He will be missed by many and my thoughts are with all of his family, his lovely wife Rose and daughter Beatrice.
